The consultation process is an opportunity to speak extensively about your current situation, any problems you may have, and their history. You are welcome and encouraged to bring to the consulation copies of any previous evaluations/reports that you would like to share but it is not necessary. All information, verbal or written is held in the strictest confidence and would only be released with your written directed consent with the only exception that you are an imminent danger to yourself or others. At the end of the consultation process you will receive a verbal assessment and a recommendation for treatment.
Fees are dependent on the type and frequency of treatment. Reduced fees are available on a limited basis.
I participate in only a few health insurance plans as an in-network provider , which allows me to see fewer patients, spend more time with each patient, and eliminate most excess paperwork, thereby delivering higher quality health care.
I work with all PPO based insurance plans and will submit your out of network claims as a courtesy directly to your insurance company. Please contact us or your insurance company with any questions.
